(Unfortunately to order multiple wreaths you must send this form multiple times.)
When ordering online, we are assuming that you will be be paying via credit card. There is a field in the form for you to insert a "code" word. We will call you and use the code word as verification of our identity to you. We will then ask for your credit card information over the phone. If you would like to pay by check or some other method, you are welcome to stop by either nursery, or mail us your request. No orders will be shipped without prepayment. Sorry we can not ship to PO Boxes. The final shipping date will be: December 14th.
